RAIPUR: Chhattisgarh Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal released a booklet named ‘CG SATHI’ (Chhattisgarh Strategic Alliance for Transforming Healthcare Initiatives) on Tuesday at his residence office.
The booklet will help in improving health facilities and indicators in the state along with providing direction to the technical support of partner organizations for better operation of schemes and projects by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
It is the first innovative initiative of its kind in the state, under which the health department and allied institutions will get a common platform. Implementation of schemes in time bound phases and new schemes will be discussed and reviewed in detail. A systematic implementation of health programs and various indicators can be done through mutual communication.
Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal said that the main objective is better implementation of the schemes and reaching them to the last person. CG SATHI is a great initiative to accomplish it.
Health Department Chhattisgarh and UNICEF have had special support in the program. Dr. Kamlesh Jain, Nodal Program Officer of NGOs from the state, Dr. Gajendra Singh, health expert of UNICEF, state representatives of World Health Organization and other partner organizations were also present.
