NEW DELHI: The Khadi and Village Industries Commission KVIC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding MoU with the Department of Posts. Under this MoU, the employees of the Postal Department will physically verify new units being set up across the Country under the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme PMEGP. The KVIC will also train the employees for the physical verification process.
The MoU was signed by Postal Department’s Deputy General Manager Dr Amanpreet Singh and Deputy CEO of PMEGP Rajan Babu on behalf of KVIC.
