Annual Techno-Cultural Fest of Amity University Chhattisgarh ‘AmiSpark 2024’ begins

Raipur,CG: Prof (Dr.) Piyush Kant Pandey, Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Chhattisgarh on Wednesday (April 24, 2024) formally inaugurated the Annual Techno- Cultural Fest ‘AmiSpark 2024’ in at its auditorium. Dr. Prasanna Kumar Sharma, DSW and Convener ‘AmiSpark 2024’ gave the welcome address which was followed by Ganesh Vandana. ‘Kuchipudi’ was performed by Neha Bhatt and Team of Shri Natraja Nruthyalayam.

Prof. (Dr.) Piyush Kant Pandey in his address emphasized the essential components of every successful journey: the thinker, the creator, the doer, and the decider. Amity University stands as a beacon of educational excellence, providing top-notch facilities to foster student growth and cultivate future leaders. With a commitment to holistic development, Amity University places equal importance on co-curricular activities alongside academics, ensuring students are well-rounded individuals poised for success. Professor Pandey also stress on empowerment of students for a Viksit Bharat@2047 under the abled leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.   

Prof. (Dr.) Sumita Dave, Dy Pro Vice-Chancellor motivated the students to showcase their talent that is being nurtured. AmiSpark offers an opportunity for both enjoyment and learning, providing a platform for team building, boosting confidence, enhancing interpersonal skills, and fostering initiative-taking among participants.

AmiSpark is a Three-Day Fest (April 24-26, 2024) with a bunch of new and stimulating events where students all over the state will be participating to showcase their talent and skills. The various event of the gala fest includes Corporate Roadies 2.0, Mini Cricket, Clue Minati, Kurukshetra, Crime Scene Investigation, Survival 5.0, Code and Craft Carnival, Mobile Photography, Angry Birds, Extempore, Human Snake’s and Ladder, Amivibe, Biotech BINGO!, Reels Making, King’s Court, Birds Worm Hunt, Sur ke Sartaj, Kavya Vaani, Heat Waves, Astro Show, Exhibition, Slow-Motion Photography Competition, Exhibition, Takeshi’s Castle, E-Sports (Free Fire/BGMI), Tech Event: Bridge Craft, Teekhi Mirchi and others.

The Registrar, Deans, Directors, Head of Institutions and numerous other administrators and faculty members along with the students were present on the inaugural session, where in Assistant Dean Student Welfare Dr. Sukriti Chakraborty proposed the vote of thanks.
