PM Modi to be part of Tribal day celebration

RAIPUR,CG,BHARAT: A two-day Chhattisgarh state-level celebration will take place on November 14 and 15 at Raipur's Science College Ground to commemorate Janjatiya Gaurav Divas, honouring the birth anniversary of tribal freedom fighter Birsa Munda.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will join the event virtually from Jamui, Bihar, on November 15 and will engage with beneficiaries of the PM-JANMAN Yojana. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai will serve as the event’s chief guest, with the Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Minister, Ramvichar Netam, presiding.

The programme, beginning at 10:30 am on November 15, will be attended by a distinguished gathering, including MLAs Rajesh Munat, Purandar Mishra, Motilal Sahu, Anuj Sharma, and Indra Kumar Sahu. Additionally, MPs, MLAs, and heads of various corporations, boards, commissions, and district panchayats are expected as special guests.
