CM VIsit CRPF Reaffirms Commitment to Support

* Nation applauds Chhattisgarh's success in Anti-Naxal Operations

RAIPUR,CG,BHARAT: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai lauded the CRPF jawans for their exceptional efforts in combating Naxalism over the past 11 months, earning nationwide recognition for their achievements. He emphasized their sacrifices, highlighting their pivotal role in Bastar’s development and their connection with the tribal communities.

Addressing the jawans at the Sedwa CRPF camp in Bastar district, the Chief Minister praised their dedication and perseverance, which have left a lasting impact on the region. The jawans warmly welcomed his unexpected visit, expressing their gratitude and delight.

During his address, the Chief Minister remarked, “Your efforts over the past 11 months have brought significant progress in the fight against Naxalism, drawing praise across the country. I salute your courage. Even the Prime Minister has often noted Chhattisgarh’s achievements in this regard, and Home Minister Amit Shah’s consistent guidance has been invaluable in this mission.”

The Chief Minister reiterated the state government’s objective of eliminating Naxalism from Bastar by 2026, a goal strongly supported by the central leadership.

He highlighted key milestones in the anti-Naxal campaign, including the elimination of over 200 Naxalites and the surrender of more than 740 Maoist cadres who have since embraced democratic values. He expressed optimism that the government’s rehabilitation policies would inspire more surrenders.

In a gesture of solidarity, the Chief Minister accepted the jawans’ invitation to stay overnight at the camp, further strengthening his bond with the security forces.
