MAHASAMUND,CG,BHARAT: The National Lok Adalat will be held across the country on Saturday, December 14, 2024, as per the directives of the National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi.
Damodar Prasad Chandra, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Mahasamund said it will be the final Lok Adalat of 2024.
The Lok Adalat aims to address pending court cases and pre-litigation matters efficiently, ensuring swift and accessible justice for the parties involved. Various sections, including District Court Mahasamund, will handle cases such as criminal disputes, bank recovery cases, motor accident claims, civil cases, and family disputes.
Additionally, pending recovery cases from the Revenue, Banking, Electricity, and Telecommunications Departments, along with Municipality Council disputes, will also be addressed. Parties are encouraged to resolve their cases through mutual consent at the Lok Adalat to avoid prolonged litigation.
The DLSA has invited concerned parties to register their cases for settlement in the Lok Adalat and benefit from this opportunity for expedited justice.
