RAIPUR: Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma visited Kabirdham, where he met beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) in village Tiwari Nawangaon.
During his visit, Sharma stressed the importance of maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to timelines in the construction of housing under the scheme.
The Deputy Chief Minister highlighted that the PMAY is more than a housing initiative—it provides individuals and families an opportunity to live a dignified life. He underscored the need for quality assurance in every aspect of construction to ensure long-term benefits for the beneficiaries.
Vijay Sharma inspected the houses under construction and engaged with beneficiaries to understand their experiences and concerns. He reassured them that the government is committed to delivering homes promptly without compromising on quality.
