RAIPUR,CG,INDIA: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has directed all district collectors to organize "Good Governance Festival-2025" in three phases, focusing on transparency, effective governance, and prompt resolution of public issues. The initiative aims to strengthen governance, review public welfare schemes, and ensure direct engagement between the administration and citizens.
In a letter to collectors, CM Sai emphasized that the government is committed to efficiency and accountability at all levels. The event will enable authorities to address grievances in a systematic manner, ensuring timely solutions. The first phase, from April 8 to April 11, will involve collecting public applications at Gram Panchayat headquarters and urban body offices through dedicated solution boxes. Applications will also be accepted at district headquarters, development blocks, and Haat markets, along with an online portal for digital submissions.
In the second phase, spanning a month, the collected applications will be reviewed and processed by relevant departments. Concerns related to public demands will be addressed based on budget availability, and the resolution quality will be assessed at district and state levels.
The third and final phase, from May 5 to May 31, will feature Samadhan Camps in rural and urban areas, where applicants will receive updates on their grievances. Block-level officers will oversee operations, and senior officials, including the CM and state ministers, will participate in some camps. Public welfare schemes will also be promoted, and necessary forms will be distributed to beneficiaries.
