RAIPUR,CG,INDIA: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai is set to launch Good Governance Fest-2025 beginning April 8. The campaign will be conducted in three phases to resolve public grievances and ensure better implementation of government schemes.
In the first phase (April 8–11), applications from the general public will be received at Gram Panchayat headquarters, urban body offices, district and block headquarters, and even in haat markets. Timings will be from 10 AM to 5 PM. A "solution box" will be placed at all locations for people to drop their written grievances. Applications can also be submitted online through a special portal or at Common Service Centres (CSCs). Each application will receive a unique code and an acknowledgment slip.
The second phase, lasting about a month, will focus on resolving these complaints. All applications will be scanned and uploaded to the software. Officials at the village, urban body, and district levels will work on addressing the issues. Departments will resolve applications based on available budgets, and the quality of solutions will be reviewed at the district and state levels.
In the third phase (May 5–31), Samadhan Camps will be organized, covering every 8 to 15 panchayats. During these camps, applicants will be updated on the status of their applications. Camps will also be held in urban areas as needed. Notifications about camp dates will be sent via SMS and widely publicized. Any remaining applications will be resolved within a month.
During the camps, citizens will also receive information about government welfare schemes and can apply for them on the spot. A block-level officer will oversee each camp, supported by officials from both block and district levels.
Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain held a video meeting with all collectors to ensure smooth execution. Kabirdham Collector Gopal Verma has instructed officials to be fully prepared and urged residents to actively participate.
Technology will play a key role, with dedicated portals and mobile apps used for application tracking and public communication, making Good Governance Tihar-2025 a citizen-friendly, transparent initiative.
