RAIPUR: The medical services provided at the venue of the three-day National Tribal Dance Festival was good, said the participants having undergone free treatment.
Yasir, a member of the troupe from Kashmir said he was experiencing a severe toothache. He said he got free medical check-up and medicines under Mukhyamantri Slum Swasthya Yojana mobile medical service.
Shruti, an artist from Haryana, received timely medical treatment at the venue of Rajyotsav.
She said the rigorous practice before the performance sometimes causes the artists to get sick or injured. Her health condition deteriorated during the practice.
She said thanks to the proper arrangements at the Rajyotsav venue, the doctors and health professionals provided her with the necessary medical treatment and took care of her until she felt better. She thanked the Chhattisgarh government for arranging better health facilities at the venue.
