CG NEWS: Anjaneya University hold special lecture on ‘Process of Development and Career Advancement’

RAIPUR: Anjaneya University organized a lecture on the topic ‘Process of Development and Career Advancement" on Tuesday for a new dimension in quality and research in education. Academic Dean Sanjay Rungta Group of Institutions Professor Dr. Preeti Naveen Yadav was the chief guest and speaker here.

Addressing the teachers, she said that all of us teachers need to get out of our comfort zone. “Today teachers must deal with many other challenges along with education, for which teachers should be ready every moment. Apart from education, we must do other student related work in the working institution. Work should not be done under pressure but with full enthusiasm and enthusiasm”, she added.

She further explained to the teachers about the SWOT analysis of self and the institute, wherein she suggested the way to convert weakness, strength, opportunity, and fear into positivity.

At the same time, she shared her views on research in the field of higher education and informed the teachers about the career advancement scheme. On this occasion, Vice-Chancellor Dr. T. Rama Rao said that organizing such programmes boosts the morale of professors.

Such events will continue to be held continuously for the upgradation of teachers in the university. University Chancellor Shri Abhishek Agrawal honored Dr. Yadav by giving memento. The coordination of the program was done by Dr. Pranjali Gani. The professors of all the departments were present on this occasion.
