KAWARDHA,CG: A special health camp was organized in village Chilfighati, forest area of Bodla development block of Kabirdham district. The Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma had asked officials to hold the camp on 10th and 25th of every quarter of the year.
Bodla BMO Dr. Vivek Chandravanshi said that 178 patients were examined and treated in the camp. NCD screening of 70 people was done under the NCD program. 15 people were tested for malaria, 30 people were tested, out of which 9 people were identified for cataract operation and advised for operation in the district hospital. 35 women were checked by the gynaecologist, out of which 1 woman was advised to be admitted to the district hospital. 52 patients were treated by the paediatrician, out of which 2 children were identified for admission to the district hospital. 20 patients were treated by orthopaedics specialists, 14 patients were treated by surgical pathologists and patients were marked for surgery. 9 patients were treated by the dentist.
