RAIPUR: Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) a premier National Law University of the country was awarded the prestigious Times Ascent Skill Development Leadership Award 2023 at the 31st World HRD Congress held at Taj Land’s End, Mumbai. Prof. Vivekanandan, Vice Chancellor remarked “ The award given by the World HRD congress is a testimony to the collective efforts of the HNLU fraternity in its efforts to contribute to the mandate of the University. The faculty, students and staff have immensely contributed braving the last two years of pandemic and this will motivate to continue the efforts for excellence in performance.” The Skill Development Leadership Awards is a result of an intensely researched process undertaken by the research cell which consists of Postgraduates in History & Management with a combined 100+ years research experience. The research cell regularly tracks and annually recognizes the pathbreaking initiatives taken by organizations and universities making a mark in the leadership. The jury of the award comprises of senior professionals from across the globe. Some of the key criteria & parameters assessed while selection are Educational Quality & Standards, Outreach Program, Leadership Initiative towards Skill Development , Best in Class Infrastructure, Impact from Learners Point of View, Future Orientation and Social Impact. The award was by Prof. Dr. Uday Shankar, Registrar of HNLU presented by Ayo Muritala, CEO of KNEROW in the presence of Dr. R.L. Bhatia, Founder of World CSR day and World Sustainability at the Taj Lands End in Mumbai on 15th February 2023.
