Raipur: Chhattisgarh table tennis team had announced for 85th Inter State Youth and Junior National Competition 2023, is being organized by the Bengal State Table Tennis Association under the aegis of Indian Table Tennis Federation from January 06 to 14, 2024 in Kolkata.

The dates are January 06 to 09 for Junior (singles/doubles) and Youth Girls (team/singles/doubles) categories and from January 11 to 14 for Junior (singles/doubles) and Youth Boys (team/singles/doubles).

Kuldeep Juneja, former MLA of Raipur North and former chairman of Chhattisgarh Housing Board declared the team.

Vice President of Chhattisgarh Olympic Association Sharad Shukla, office bearers Vinay Baiswade, Pradeep Joshi hoped for good performance.

Team coach Mohd. Meeraj (Raipur) and the manager is Renuka Sahu (Durg). National umpire Ajit Banerjee (Raipur) has been selected from Chhattisgarh to umpire the competition.

The team is as follows:- Youth Boys (UNDER-19) :- Karan Malhotra (Raipur), Vishal Dekate (Raipur), Arjun Malhotra (Raipur), Yashwant Dekate (Raipur). Additional Entry- Harshit Kedia (Raipur), Ramji Kumar (Raipur), Mujtaba Raza (Raipur).

Youth Girls (UNDER-19):- Anchal Bareth (Raipur), Pragya Pathak (Durg), Ahana Singh (Raipur), Susthi Verma (Durg).

Junior Boys (UNDER-17):- Karan Malhotra (Raipur), Arjun Malhotra (Raipur), Andrew T Williams (Raipur), Yashwant Dekate (Raipur). Additional Entry- Daivik Ghadge (Bilaspur).

Junior Girls (UNDER-17):- Charvi Madhariya (Durg), Pragya Pathak (Durg), Haritima Agarwal (Raipur), Arna Khotele (Raipur). Additional Entry- Venya Sangode (Raipur).
