Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Monday paid tribute to the martyrdom of 3 soldiers in the encounter between Naxalites and security forces at Tekalgudem of Jagargunda police station in Sukma district.
He expressed condolences to the families of the martyred soldiers. He also asked the officers for better treatment of the soldiers injured in the incident.
Sai said that to provide basic facilities to the general public, new camps are being built by the government to strengthen the security system.
He has said that due to the interference and increasing influence of security forces against Maoist terrorism in the areas which they considered as their own, the Naxalites have become frightened and are committing cowardly acts.
The Chief Minister said, “We stand firmly with our soldiers in every situation. Maoists will resolutely continue their fight against terrorism. The entire state is with the families of the martyred soldiers.”
A new camp was established at Tekalgudem in Sukma district. Cobra, STF and DRG personnel had gone out for patrolling towards Jonaguda-Aliguda near the camp.
