Exchange essential reagents within government hospitals: ACS

RAIPUR,CG: Additional Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Pingua on Monday said the treatment of patients is one of the most essential services. Make inter medical college transfer system for essential consumables and reagents from one government medical college to the other.

He was holding a meeting of senior officials regarding the necessary health arrangements of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur and its affiliated Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital and DKS Hospital.

He said treatment of patients is most essential. It has been found that all the blood related tests of various diseases which are currently not being done due to lack of reagents. In view of the Model Code of Conduct arrangements should be made at the earliest by coordinating with CGMSC, keeping in mind the Chhattisgarh Store Purchase Rules. He asked officials to exchange the essential consumables and reagents from one government medical college to other.

He reviewed the progress of treatment being extended to the patients and other hosts of issues. Special Secretary Health Chandan Kumar, Director Health Services Rituraj Raghuvanshi, Medical College Dean Dr. Trupti Nagaria and CGMSC MD Padmini Bhoi Sahu were also present.
