RAIPUR,CG: ‘Doctors Day Musical Meet’ was organized by Chhattisgarh Medical Teachers Association at Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur, in which the doctors of the college performed with karaoke music.

It was to mark Doctor’s Day at Atal Bihari Medical College auditorium. Surprise gift, lucky draw and cake cutting ceremony was also organized for the first time in the 61 year history of Medical College, Raipur.

Dr. Arvind Neral, President of Medical Teachers Association said doctors were also honored by various organizations.Solo singing was done by Dr. Arvind Neral (Bhanvare Ki Gunjan), Dr. Varsha Mungutwar (Ab To Hai Tumse), Dr. Vibha Patre (Aapke Pyar Mein Hum), Dr. Akash Lalwani (Dil Ka Alam), Dr. Santosh Sonkar (Mana Ho Tum), Dr. Devpriya Rath (Pukarta Chala Hoon Main) and others.

In group singing, 11 medical teachers of Pathology Department gave an attractive presentation on the theme of ‘Love Yu Zindagi’, a musical series of songs highlighting the positive aspects of life, incorporating the seven colors of the rainbow in their costumes.

Dr. Jyoti Jaiswal and Dr. Anand Jaiswal presented a duet dance on the song Bansi Bajaiya.... Dr. Jaya Lalwani played the musical instrument synthesizer on the stage.

A lucky draw was organised and distributed gifts to the lucky doctors.
