As an employee welfare measure, a Bone Mineral Density (BMD) test camp was organised by NTPC Lara health department on 18th July 2024. Anil Kumar, Executive Director (NTPC Lara) inaugurated the camp with lamp lighting. On this occasion Shri Kumar also examined his bone health and consultation from the medical practitioner.
Appreciating the effort, Shri Kumar said such camps should be organised in regular intervals to facilitate more and more employees and family members. Early diagnosis of bone health is helpful to take adequate medication and changes in lifestyle to avoid old age problems. A total of 66 persons examined their bone health in this camp.
On this occasion Ravi Shankar, GM (Project), Smt. Kalpana Tayde, CMO, Jakir Khan, AGM (HR), office bearers of Prerita Mahila Samiti, doctors and paramedical staff were present.
