RAIPUR,CG: Chhattisgarh Government Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap on Tuesday expressed that provision of budget funds has been made for the 233 km railway line from Dalli Rajhara to Jagdalpur, an important demand of Bastar division.

He was reacting regarding the budget. He said that the first budget of the third term of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a budget that will accelerate the development of the country. The farmer brothers will benefit from the provisions made in the budget to give more impetus to agricultural schemes.

He adds, more focus has been given on agriculture, education, health and rural development. The effort to increase facilities in rural areas by provisioning more budget for rural development is commendable.

He said, the decision to increase the limit of Prime Mudra Loan from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 20 lakh will prove to be an important step in the direction of providing employment to the youth. Similarly, inclusion of construction of 3 crore more houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in the budget will prove to be a milestone for the poor.

Kashyap said that Pradhan Mantri Tribal Unnat Gram Abhiyan will be started to improve the socio-economic condition of tribal communities. Under the scheme, steps will be taken for complete coverage of tribal families in aspirational districts and tribal dominated villages. This will benefit 5 crore tribal people in 63,000 villages.
