CGPSC writes letter to implement new law

RAIPUR,CG: Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) urged the state government to implement the Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means, Act 2024), the new law passed by the Central Government.

CGPSC organised a workshop at its office, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar in the context of the provisions of the new law. Commission’s panel advocate Dr. Sudeep Aggarwal, Advocate High Court took the session.

The law has been implemented by the Government of India from June 21, 2024, in connection with which the Uttar Pradesh and Bihar governments have also passed an ordinance to implement the law in the state examinations.

Executive Chairman of the Commission Dr. Praveen Verma, Member Dr. Sarita Uike, Member Santkumar Netam and other officials were present.
