RAIPUR: Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation Ltd., (CGMSC) on Tuesday in compliance to the notification issue for procurement of meeting consumables, the consumable materials available in GeM portal/e-Manak portal, the current rate contract prevailing was terminated.
The decision was taken at the 48th meeting of the CGMSC Board of Governors organized at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan under the chairmanship of Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal.
In the meeting, the status of necessary construction work, information about new works, purchase of equipment, consumables and medicines from GEM portal were discussed and decisions were taken.
It was decided to purchase the consumables which are not available in GeM portal/e-Manak portal by issuing tender and purchasing them on rate contract basis.
The notification was dated 11.07.2024 issued by the Department of Commerce and Industry by CGMSC for the purchase of equipment, the equipment which are available in GeM portal/e-Manak portal, should be purchased on GeM.
It was decided to discontinue the reagents and purchase them on a rate-contract basis by issuing tender for the reagents which are not available in GeM portal/e-Manak portal.
