RAIPUR/DELHI: Chhattisgarh Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam on Tuesday had a discussion on the agriculture sector with Union Minister of State Ramnath Thakur at Krishi Bhawan in New Delhi.
Minister Netam discussed the promotion of pulses, oilseeds, horticulture crops in Chhattisgarh as well as other topics related to agriculture and farmer welfare.
The Union Agriculture Minister sought information about the availability of fertilizers and seeds in the state. Union Minister Thakur said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the interest of farmers and the agriculture sector is paramount. He said that Chhattisgarh will get all possible help from the Central Government.
