RAIPUR,CG: The Chhattisgarh government is creating employment opportunities for the youth by enhancing their employability through skill development training in the trade of their choice.

The state government is making concerted efforts to equip the youth with valuable skills along with quality education.

Chhattisgarh Government is taking measures to increase the number of security camps in Bastar Division in order to provide additional security against Maoist terror.

Simultaneously, innovative schemes like ‘Niyad Nellanar’ Scheme are being implemented to make the benefits of central and state government welfare programs accessible in villages within a 5-kilometer radius of the camps.

The scheme has shown promising results, and strengthened the trust and confidence of people in the government and administration.

In Dantewada district, under the scheme 21 women from village Gamawada, under Basanpur camp, are receiving training in handloom. The women are being provided the skill development training in handloom.

Additionally, 12 students are receiving training in trades such as Associate, Desktop Assistant, Hand Embroidery, and Two-Wheeler Service Assistant at the Livelihood College under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana.
