RAIPUR,CG: Chandan Kumar, 2011 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, has been appointed as Special Secretary (Budget) of the Finance Department, Government of Chhattisgarh. The Finance Department, Government of Chhattisgarh has issued an order. Chandan Kumar has also been given the additional charge of Special Secretary of the General Administration Department and Health and Family Welfare Department.
