RAIPUR: Chhattisgarh Governor Ramen Deka inspected the Raj Bhawan under construction in Nava Raipur Sector 24 on Wednesday.
First Lady Rani Deka Kakoti was also present. The Governor inspected the Governor's residence, Durbar Hall, Secretariat building of Raj Bhavan, A.D.C. being built. He inspected residence, staff clinic, staff quarter, guard room, security office and other under construction works.
Dr. Kamalpreet Singh, Secretary, Public Works Department, gave detailed information to the Governor about the ongoing construction work. During the inspection, the Governor asked to plant trees to keep the Raj Bhawan complex green which should be a good species. Secretary to the Governor, Yashwant Kumar and other officers posted in the Public Works Department and Raj Bhawan were present.
