RAIPUR,CG: ‘Rang Parab’ drama series a cultural glimpse of Chhattisgarh will be organized from August 22 to 24th, every evening from 7 pm Raipur at Mahant Ghasidas Museum.
In the three-day event, a glimpse of the tribal and folk culture of Chhattisgarh will be presented through various plays. On the first day of August 22, the lifestyle, art and culture of Dewar tribe will be depicted in a play named ‘Godna’, which will be presented by Gautam Choubey.
Similarly, on the second day, a play named ‘Kalankar’ based on true incidents of common folk artists will be presented by Narendra Jalandhariya. On the last day of the series, the art culture based on the history of ancient Sitabengra and Meghdoot of Kalidas will be presented through a play named ‘Adigatha’, which will be presented by Kishore Vaibhav Jaiswal. The objective of the drama series is to preserve and encourage the cultural heritage of Chhattisgarh.
