CM urges citizens to vote in ‘Dekho Apna Desh’

RAIPUR,CG: The Chhattisgarh government has called on its citizens to actively participate in the ‘Dekho Apna Desh’ campaign, an initiative by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The campaign offers citizens a unique opportunity to vote for the top tourist destinations in their state, allowing Chhattisgarh to showcase its rich cultural heritage, natural beauty, and historical sites on a national platform.

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai emphasized the significance of the campaign, stating, “This is a crucial step in getting Chhattisgarh's natural beauty, cultural heritage, and historical landmarks recognized across the country. We encourage everyone to vote for our state’s destinations and contribute to the success of this campaign.”

Citizens can cast their votes by visiting the website at https://forms.gle/ANvrFcQqxg55EkSw7. Through this online form, they can vote for the destinations in Chhattisgarh they believe best represent the state's pride and the country's heritage. The government also urges everyone to share the voting link on social media platforms to maximize participation.

The deadline to vote is September 15. Following this, the selected destinations will be promoted on both national and international levels, boosting tourism in Chhattisgarh and creating new opportunities for economic development.

Chhattisgarh, with its vast tourism potential, stands to gain significant recognition through the campaign. Chief Minister Sai has appealed to all citizens to take an active role in making Chhattisgarh the pride of India by participating in the important initiative.
