RAIPUR,CG,BHARAT: Chhattisgarh Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Wednesday just before the cabinet meeting as a Diwali gift to the employees of the state pledged to hike dearness allowance from 46% to 50%.
The state employees will get the benefit of dearness allowance from October 1.
The delegation of Chhattisgarh Employees Officers United Front met the Chief Minister and expressed gratitude towards him for the announcement of four percent dearness allowance (DA) for the employees of the state. The delegation met the Chief Minister at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan and expressed gratitude.
Finance Minister O. P. Chaudhary, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Sports Minister Tank Ram Verma and office bearers of different employees’ unions were present.
