CG NEWS: Appeal for voters to exercise their franchise

RAIPUR: Chhattisgarh Governor, Chief Minister, Party presidents and others made an appeal to the voters of the state to exercise their franchise on November 17. The state goes for a second phase of polling in 70 assembly constituencies.

Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan appealed to the voters of the state to exercise their franchise. The Governor said that participation of every citizen is necessary for a strong democracy. Play an important role in strengthening democracy through voting and perform your duty.

Chief Electoral Officer, Chhattisgarh Reena Kangale said that it is the festival of democracy. Everyone has to play a key role in it and each vote is valuable. Every citizen should mandatorily cast the vote.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel appealed to the voters of the state and said that your vote is valuable. The Constitution has endowed you with all rights by giving you the right to vote.

On the day of voting, leave all other work behind and give priority to voting, this is your first civic duty. Vote boldly and thoughtfully. Your vote will contribute significantly to the development of new Chhattisgarh.
