Raigarh, CG: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Wednesday said, our ancestors have made their place in the society with the spirit of service. Whatever money is earned, should be invested for the society, this is our culture.
He was addressing the inauguration event of Agroha Dham at Raigarh. He said Raigarh is both an economic capital and a tribal area. Here it is the responsibility to take forward a multidimensional, egalitarian society.
He adds, the Agarwal community set up factories and industries within the country. Thousands of people across the country got employment. After independence, the Agrawal community built Dharamshalas in the country which are also even in towns across the country.
“It is the responsibility of all of us to make a developed India. You people want to open a college. Want to open a hospital. The society should work together with the government for a developed India. With the cooperation of all of you, Chhattisgarh will become a leading state,” he said.
“Similar work should be done in other places so that social people can get good buildings for marriage ceremonies. In this way we will be able to work for the welfare of the entire society,” he added.
The Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said, Agarwal community always remains ahead to serve humanity. The construction of Agroha Dham is also an example of it. People of all societies will use it.
“I have an unbroken relationship with the people of Raigarh. You sent me to Lok Sabha for 20 years. With your blessings I have got the opportunity to work as Chief Minister. I will fully serve the people of the state,” he said.
He assured of all assistance to build a hospital at the place. The government will provide every possible support.
Cabinet Minister Brijmohan Agarwal said that the Agarwal community is service oriented. Even better work would be done if arrangements for education, marriage and treatment of the poor are made.
Minister OP Chaudhary said that the building will be useful for the people of Raigarh.
