RAIPUR,CG: The Government of Chhattisgarh has constituted a standing committee for the implementation of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Class (OBC) reservation under the Public Service Act 1994.
There will be five MLA members headed by Minister Ramvichar Netam. The committee will give suggestions to remove difficulties in implementing the rules and provisions made under the Act. The tenure of the committee will be two years.
The members are MLAs Gomti Sai, Kushwant Saheb, Gajendra Yadav, Neelkant Tekam, Sangeeta Sinha, secretary, General Administration Department and Secretary, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe development department will be member secretary, an official communication said.
