People’s blessing is strength of government: Minister

Jashpur/Raipur: Chhattisgarh Finance Minister and Minister in-charge of Jashpur district, O.P. Choudhary on Tuesday attended the inauguration event of Shri Ganesh Temple in village Ranpur under Bagicha block of Jashpur district.

State Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai was scheduled to attend the event but as an emergency meeting was called, the Finance Minister represented him. Choudhary performed puja in the newly constructed temple and also planted saplings in the premises.

The Chief Minister’s wife Kaushalya Devi Sai, Jashpur MLA Raimuni Bhagat were also present.

Choudhary addressing the public rally during the event said the people of Jashpur district have handed over the reins of the state to their favourite leader. The government is working for every section. A plan is being prepared and implemented on the ground for the benefit of all sections.

The government is taking everyone along – farmers, women and youth. The government will leave no stone unturned for the development of Jashpur district in the coming five years.

People’s blessings are the strength, may this blessings and love continue.

Members of the Jashpur royal family were also present. Choudhary said that Ranpur has been the favourite village of the royal family since the beginning. Late Kumar Dilip Singh was fond of Ranpur and visited once in a month. He had laid the foundation by donation. His elder son Late Shatrunjay Pratap Singh Judev followed his steps and selected the land for the temple.
