RAIPUR,CG: Indian Postal Department keeping in mind the upcoming Rakshabandhan festival, has made special arrangements for the customers.
Under the arrangement, a special Rakhi envelope was published so that Rakhis could be sent quickly through a speed post using the envelope. The special envelope has been made available in all the post offices of Raipur division including Raipur Head Post Office.
The facility of sending Rakhi has been made available 24 hours at the National Sorting Hub located in front of Pujari Park, Tikrapara, Raipur and from 08.00 AM to 08.00 PM at the Head Post Office and Speed Post Booking facility at the city and other post offices.
For high volume Speed-Post, Registered Post, Parcel booking, booking facility has been provided at the Bulk Processing Centre located in the Ganj Post Office premises, near Railway Station Chowk, where Rakhis can be sent in bulk.
Yellow coloured boxes have been specially arranged for sending Rakhis so that it can be delivered to the ‘brothers’ quickly.
