RAIPUR,CG: Chhattisgarh police have arrested the accused from Rajasthan for creating a fake ID on Facebook by misusing the name and photo of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai. On the report of applicant Manoj Kumar Sahu, the police had registered a report at Civil Line police station.
After the issue came to notice, Senior Superintendent of Police Dr. Santosh Kumar Singh asked the cyber unit and police officers to trace and arrest the unknown accused. The police formed a team and started investigating the case. After technical analysis of the fake ID, they succeeded in identifying the unknown accused. He was located in Alwar, Rajasthan.
The team reached Alwar and arrested the accused Sahukar Khan (40) resident of Kotakhurd, Rajasthan. During interrogation, he confessed to carrying out the said incident. The mobile phone used was seized from his possession.
