Kalinga University Celebrates Excellence in Education with Teacher's Felicitation Ceremony 2024

NAVA RAIPUR,CG: Kalinga University proudly hosted a prestigious Teacher’s Felicitation Ceremony 2024 to honor the teachers awarded by the Governor of Chhattisgarh in 2023. The event took place at the Kalinga University Auditorium highlighting the remarkable contributions of educators across the state.

The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Alok Shukla, Retired IAS and former Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, who was present as the Chief Guest. In a heartfelt opening, Mr. Shukla, along with other dignitaries, lit the ceremonial lamp, marking the beginning of a memorable celebration of educational excellence.

The program commenced with a captivating welcome dance performed by talented students Ms. Ananta Kumari, of BCA 3rd Sem and Ritu Verma of Interior Designing 5thsem, setting a vibrant tone for the event. Following this, Registrar Dr. Sandeep Gandhi delivered a warm welcome speech, reflecting on Kalinga University's journey and its commitment to academic excellence.

Dr. Sunaina Shukla, Corporate and Mindfulness Trainer took a session on the highlights of NEP-2020 and provided an insightful overview of the of the same.

Chief Guest Alok Shukla shared his valuable experiences from his extensive career in education, offering inspiring words to the gathered audience. The event also featured an engaging session where 44 award-winning teachers had the opportunity to share their personal experiences and reflections.

In recognition of their exceptional contributions, all participating teachers were honored with shawls, mementos, and certificates. The guests enjoyed the renowned hospitality of Kalinga University and had the opportunity to tour the campus, where they commended the university’s efforts and facilities.

The ceremony not only celebrated the achievements of these distinguished educators but also reinforced the vital role that dedicated teaching professionals play in shaping the future of education in Chhattisgarh.Lt. Vibha Chandrakar, incharge Dean of Students’ Welfare proposed vote of thanks.
