Raipur/Bemetara: Sub-Divisional Magistrate Berla has been appointed as the investigation officer for magisterial inquiry. Oral and documentary evidence can be presented during office hours for the next 10 days from June 7th.
The investigation will focus on the following points, such as what was the cause of the accident (explosion). Testing of protective measures taken by the factory management. Information regarding details of license, storage, usage etc., determination of responsibility if there is any error/negligence for the accident (explosion) and any other suggestions or points which the investigating officer may deem necessary to include.
General public, organizations and other persons who want to present their oral and documentary evidence in relation to the above incident can do so by appearing in the courtroom of Investigating Officer Sub-Divisional Magistrate Berla during office hours from 07 June 2024 to the next 10 days after prior notice. An accident (explosion) took place on May 25, 2024 in Special Blast Limited located in village Pirda, Tehsil Bhibhauri district Bemetara, in which 01 person died, 07 injured and 08 other workers missing.
