RAIPUR,CG: The 16th Central Finance Commission Chairman Arvind Panagariy will be on a three-day tour program with a delegation to the state from July 11 to 13th. The 12-member team in the Commission includes Ajay Narayan Jha, Mrs. N. Singh, Manoj Kumar Pandey, Soumitra Kanti Ghosh and Commission Secretary Ajay Narayan Pandey, Joint Secretary Deepak Kumar Mishra, and Director General Ravichandra Singh and other officers will be included.
The Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and all the cabinet ministers will make a presentation before the team on economic, financial, infrastructure development and specific needs of the state. The recommendations by the 16th Central Finance Commission for the period 2026-27 to 2030-31 will be made available to the Central Government through a report by October 2025.
