BJP emphasis on membership campaign as a festival

RAIPUR,CG: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State President Kiran Singh Dev has emphasized the significance of the party's membership campaign, which is celebrated as a grand festival within the organization.

Addressing BJP Morcha officials from across the state at the BJP state office in Raipur, Dev highlighted that the BJP is unique in being a political party with programs and activities organized year-round according to a well-structured work plan. This continuous effort has contributed to the BJP's standing as one of the most successful political parties globally.

He urged all Morcha presidents to set their targets and prepare detailed action plans for the membership campaign, which is resuming after a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic and elections. The campaign will be launched by the Prime Minister, the National President, and the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, starting from September 2nd. The campaign will be conducted across all 35 districts, with all office bearers and working committee members participating actively.

Dev stressed that the membership campaign should be conducted in two phases, aiming to surpass previous targets. He emphasized the importance of the campaign in the context of upcoming municipal and Panchayat elections, noting that the campaign's success will play a crucial role in these elections. The goal is to create a record-breaking number of members, with an emphasis on reaching out to the youth in hostels and colleges through the Yuva Morcha.

In addition to the membership drive, Dev directed party workers to use social media to promote the campaign by setting the membership campaign logo as their display picture (DP). He reiterated that achieving the set target would require significant effort and coordination, as the BJP aims to strengthen its presence from the Panchayats of Chhattisgarh to the Parliament.
