RAIPUR,CG: Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister and Public Works Minister Arun Sao left for America late on Monday night on a nine-day study tour on the invitation of the Asian Development Bank.
Secretary of the Public Works Department, Dr. Kamalpreet Singh is also accompanying him. They reached New York early Tuesday morning.
Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao will visit road projects in New York, Washington, California and San Francisco during his study stay in America and learn about road construction techniques. During the period, he will also participate in the workshop-cum-training organized by the Asian Development Bank. He will discuss advanced road projects as well as good quality road construction and their implementation in Chhattisgarh. Sao will return to India on September 18.
