Suba Nagarajan, farmer leader from Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, assumed the charge of Non-Executive Chairman of the Coconut Development Board. He is appointed by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, Government of India. Shri Nagarajan is having extensive expertise in social service, having led numerous grassroots initiatives focused on improving the livelihoods of farmers and empowering the youth. He currently serves as the State Vice President and Madurai Zonal in-Charge of BJP. He has held several key leaderships in RSS & BJP and previously served as a trustee of V.O. Chidambaram Port in Thoothukudi.
