RAIPUR,CG,INDIA: Vishal Dekate, Ahana Singh, Dikshant Jangde, Samaya Pandey have been declared winners in Under-19 Youth and Under-13 (Cadet) categories of the ‘Second Chhattisgarh State Ranking Table Tennis Competition-2024’.

Event is organized by Chhattisgarh Table Tennis Association in collaboration with Kotak Mahindra Bank at Sapre Shala Table Tennis Hall, Budhapara, Raipur. Boys and Girls Singles category of Youth and UNDER-13 (Cadet) Boys and Girls Singles category were completed on Friday. The event will conclude on September 29.

Organizing Secretary Vinay Baiswade said that on Friday, the chief guest was MIC member and president of the Environment and Horticulture Department and Suresh Channawar, senior vice president of Chhattisgarh Table Tennis Association.

General Secretary of Chhattisgarh Table Tennis Association Surendra Sharma chaired the event The special guest was Nitin Sen, Branch Manager of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Pachpedhi, Raipur, Sarthak Shukla, Secretary of Chhattisgarh Table Tennis Association.

On September 28, the chief guest of the inauguration ceremony will be the President of Chhattisgarh Badminton Association, Vikram Sisodia and the program will be presided over by the Vice President of Chhattisgarh Olympic Association, Sharad Shukla. The matches of senior men's and women's singles category and Youth UNDER-11 (Hope's) boys' and girls' singles category will be played.  

The results of the final matches of the categories are Youth UNDER-19 Boys Category:- Winner - Vishal Dekate (Raipur), Runner-up - Ramji Kumar (Raipur) 4 – 1, Youth UNDER-19 Girls Category:- Winner - Ahana Singh (Raipur), Runner-up - Pragya Pathak (Durg) 4 – 2, Youth UNDER-13 (Cadet) Boys Category:- Winner - Dikshant Jangde (Bilaspur), Runner-up - Kavish Kala (Raipur) 3 – 0, YOUTH UNDER-13 (Cadet) Girls Category:- Winner – Samaya Pandey (Raipur), Runner-up – Lavanya Pandey.
