CM Sai strengthens bond with soldiers, farmers

JAGDALPUR,CG,BHARAT: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai spent quality time with the soldiers of the CRPF’s Bastariya Battalion at Sedwa camp in Bastar district.

During his visit, Sai engaged with the soldiers, shared meals, and even personally served food, leaving a lasting impression with his simplicity and warmth.

While bidding farewell the next morning, Sai interacted with soldier Pramika Dugga, asking about her well-being and expressing a desire to speak with her family. Pramika connected the Chief Minister with her mother, Motibai, via mobile.

During the conversation, Sai inquired about the family’s health, ongoing paddy harvesting, and the crops grown on their farm. In a lighthearted moment, he joked about visiting their home to enjoy ‘Chapra chutney’, a traditional delicacy, to which Motibai warmly invited him.

The exchange resonated deeply with the soldiers, showcasing Sai’s genuine concern not just for them but also for their families back home. It reflected his belief in the interconnected roles of soldiers and farmers as the pillars of the nation.

“The paddy bowl remains safe and prosperous because of our soldiers and farmers,” he remarked, emphasizing their critical contributions.

The Chief Minister’s approachable demeanor and heartfelt interactions reaffirmed his connection to the people he serves. His actions underscored the spirit of “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan,” honoring both the defenders of the nation and the providers of its sustenance. For the soldiers, the visit was not just a routine engagement but a heartfelt gesture from a leader who sees them as an extended family.
