BEMETARA,CG,BHARAT: The Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA) has launched the ‘Saur Samadhan App’, offering a one-stop solution for all state-run CREDA schemes and complaints related to solar plants. Citizens can apply online for schemes like Solar Sujala, Jal Jeevan Mission, High Mast Lighting, Biogas Plants, and Solar Power Plants from anywhere in the state, enhancing accessibility and connectivity with CREDA programs.

Previously, beneficiaries had to manually follow up on complaints. The app now enables direct complaint registration, tracking, and updates on actions taken. This ensures transparency and builds trust between CREDA and its consumers.

CREDA officials will use the app for monthly online monitoring and maintenance updates of installed solar plants. Immediate fault reporting will enable quicker responses, improving operational efficiency.

The app enforces strict quality checks for new installations by tracking their performance. Prolonged non-functional systems will prompt accountability for contractors and CREDA staff, ensuring better service delivery.
