RAIPUR: Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, the Sarsanghchalak (Chief) of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), will be in Raipur from December 27 to 31 as part of his nationwide tour marking the centenary celebrations of the organization. During his stay, Dr. Bhagwat will engage with RSS workers and senior officials to discuss strategies for further strengthening the union.
In the centenary year of RSS, Dr. Bhagwat will focus on the concept of Panch Parivartan, which aims to promote social harmony, family education, environmental protection, self-reliant lifestyles, and civic responsibility. He will share detailed insights on these topics and explain how the RSS intends to bring about positive change in these areas through its activities.
The RSS, founded in 1925, is celebrating its 100th year, and as part of the centenary celebrations, Dr. Bhagwat is visiting various states to discuss organizational progress and the upcoming events. In Chhattisgarh, his visit will focus on organizational matters and the Sangh's future programs.
Throughout his stay, Dr. Bhagwat will hold several meetings to assess the expansion of the organization and the qualitative development of its workers. The RSS aims to reach every village and urban area in its centenary year through its shakhas (branches).
In addition to Panch Parivartan, the campaign will also highlight the teachings of great personalities like Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati, Bhagwan Birsa Munda, Ahilyadevi Holkar, Rani Durgavati, and Anukul Chand Thakur, emphasizing their contributions to social and cultural harmony.
