RAIPUR,INDIA: In accordance with the instructions from the Election Commission of India, ‘National Voter’s Day’ will be celebrated across the country on January 25th, and the same will be observed in Chhattisgarh. A circular regarding the event has been issued by the Government of Chhattisgarh's General Administration Department from Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur.
As part of the celebrations on 25th January 2025, government officials, employees, and educational institutions will conduct an oath-taking ceremony at 11 AM, reinforcing the importance of voting. The Election Commission of India's logo, symbolizing the significance of voting, will be prominently displayed on the official websites of all government and public sector offices, as well as educational institutions.
The initiative aims to raise awareness about voting and encourage civic participation in the democratic process.
