RAIPUR,INDIA: The process of filing nominations for the upcoming urban body and three-tier panchayat elections in Chhattisgarh will continue on Saturday, January 25, as per a new order issued by the authorities. Due to five-day working, the government offices remain closed on Saturdays.
The State Election Commission, Chhattisgarh has intimated all collectors and district election officers about the decision, ensuring uninterrupted submission of nomination papers even on the weekend.
The clarification aims to facilitate candidates in completing the nomination process smoothly and on time for the elections.
