RAIPUR: Government of Chhattisgarh has declared the 1,500 metres of the perimeter of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited village Jaitpur of Tehsil Bilaigarh as a prohibited area.
The Deputy Secretary, Chhattisgarh Home Department, in an order issued states that as per the exercise of the powers conferred by the Home Department and Madhya Pradesh State Reorganization Act 2000, the State Government has declared the Indian Oil Corporation Limited's Patwari Halka No. 32 Khasra No. 428/7 Tehsil Bilaigarh of Jaitpur village, the RCP station built on an area of 1500 meters of perimeter has been declared as prohibited area under the provisions of the Act.
