RAIPUR,CG: The working group constituted by the Chhattisgarh NITI Aayog deliberated on the subject of “Quality Education” laying emphasis on creating a Global Skill Park, creating world class laboratories and training institutions. Emphasis was laid on world class, inclusive and equitable education.

The discussion was held at the second meeting of the working group on the subject of “Quality Education” to prepare the ‘Amrit Kaal Vision Document’ at Niti Bhawan Nava Raipur under the chairmanship of Ajay Singh, Vice Chairman of the State NITI Aayog.

A presentation was given regarding the major goals set for quality education, major challenges and departmental vision. Chief Minister's advisor Dr. Dhirendra Tiwari was also present.

Secretary, School Education Department, Siddharth Komal Pardeshi gave detailed information about various programs of the School Education Department for quality education. He suggested inclusion of inclusive, innovative and future-ready education in the document.

Dr. S. Bharathidasan, Secretary, Department of Technical Education and Skill Development also presented important points of departmental information regarding the vision document. He said that by creating a Global Skill Park, education can be made employment oriented by providing training to the youth as per their capability.

Other members of the working group also gave their suggestions in the meeting. Inclusive, value based education, skill development, result oriented basic education, focus on new age subjects and life enabling education, innovation and entrepreneurship.
