Teacher’s Day Celebration at Kaanger Valley Academy

RAIPUR,CG: A medley of colourful performances marked the Teacher’s Day Celebration at Kaanger Valley Academy, Raipur. Teachers and educators nourish and prepare students for their future as they are the real icons of knowledge and wisdom. Thus, to acknowledge and celebrate the efforts of our teachers throughout the year, the students and the management of Kaanger Valley Academy held a grand ceremony onTeachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and ardency. The programme was hosted, organized and carried out by the students single-handedly. It started with the lighting of the Lamp by the Chief Guest Swaroop Chand Jain, the chief patron of KVA.The Principal of the school, Abhijit Das welcomed the gathering and thanked all the teachers of the school for their dedication. Teachers were felicitated by the students with token of love.

The celebration saw a poignant speech by the Executive Director, K Mohanty, who emphasized the importance of teachers in shaping the future of students and the community. The cultural performance included Folk Dance Competition by the students of four different houses. They performed various folk traditions from different states with colourful costumes and rhythmic movements. The precision, grace and authenticity captivated both the judges and audience. School Head boy Mahavir Jain gave the speech and thanked the teachers and staff for their unconditional love and support. Head Girl Samriddhi’s poem beautifully captured the spirit of gratitude and admiration. The Chairman Sanjay Jain’s presence added a special significance to the event. In a heartfelt tribute during the celebration, students of Class XI captivated the audience with a special song dedicated to their teachers.

To make the day more enjoyable a cricket match was organized between the students and teachers The event was a heartfelt tribute to the teachers who inspire, guide and nurture students every day.
