RAIPUR,CG,INDIA: To ensure a swift resolution of drinking water issues during summer, a control room has been established at both district and subdivision levels. The initiative aims to maintain an uninterrupted water supply and address complaints efficiently. Citizens can report issues such as water shortages or faulty hand pumps by calling the toll-free number 1800-233-0008 or the control room helpline at 07771-2582223.
Dedicated teams have been formed to oversee operations. Alok Jadhav, Civil Draftsman, is in charge of the Public Health Engineering Block, Raipur. For Dharsiwa and Tilda blocks, Rukmini Singh is the assistant engineer, with Avinash Ekka and Jyoti Gupta handling Tilada, and Milandas Ghritalhra and Jyoti Gupta overseeing Dharsiwa.
The initiative aims to provide timely interventions and ensure uninterrupted access to drinking water throughout the district.
